All shipping is done through US Postal Service www.usps.com

All Orders are shipped within 7-14 business days. (This does not include any items that are stitched and/or customized.)These items vary in time due to the amount of customization.

Tracking information is sent via email from www.usps.com. Be sure to check your "SPAM" and "BULK" Folders to see if you received your tracking information.

You can request your tracking number from us via email. Send the request to info@deferenceclothing.com

www.USPS.com also offers insurance that ranges in pricing.

Deference Clothing Inc is not liable for any thing lost or stolen in the mail. 

After you purchase tracking, you can request a tracking number at the time of purchase or wait for us to send you an email containing the appropriate information.

All Sales are Final. 

One exception to the rule is if deferenceclothing.com sends you the wrong design. If this occurs please photograph the shirt. Forward the picture to: info@deferenceclothing.com. After we receive the picture we will process your new order, which will go out on our next shipping days. There is no need to return the other shirt.
